The customers that you manage to convert on the onset are very crucial. Give them the best you can. Go over and above their expectation and throw in some free additions. The goal is to wow them so that you can keep them. You are looking for loyal clients who will stick with you and point everyone else your way. People trust you more when they are referred to you by someone they know well. A handful of people referred others to you can quickly turn into a tidy customer base.
